Starting from May 2025, we will enforce a monthly data retention fee for customers having subscriber data but without any active monthly subscription with us as per the following:

| 1000 - 9999 | 01 USD |
| 10,000 - 49,999 | 05 USD |
| More than 50,000 | 10 USD |
These data retention fee will not entitle you to any email quota, rather they are cost associated with holding your subscriber related data and last 12 months of campaign data.
Upon activation of any paid package at any point of time in a month, this data retention fee will not be applied.
We'll send you invoice after every inactive month to your registered email. We may choose to delete your data, if you choose not to pay the invoice within due date.
